Douglas had been going to the United States for many years and he regularly stayed with Norma at her ski lodge. It had been a busy day when she decided to see him because she had been experiencing a great deal of pain in her shoulder for a long time.

“To be honest, I had been having this pain on and off for several years” she said. “Douglas gave me one treatment for about 20 minutes and the pain went away. It was quite incredible. I have had no trouble at all since.
